How You Can Help
The Food Pantry is a 501C3 non-profit organization that relies on donations from the community to keep its doors open.
- Make an in-kind donation of groceries at the Salem Food Pantry at 829 Indiana Street, Salem, VA 24153.
- Make a tax-deductable monetary contribution. Checks should be made out to the Salem / Roanoke County Food Pantry and mailed to P. O. Box 288, Salem, VA 24153.
- Volunteer your time. Volunteers typically work two hour shifts once or twice a month. Our hours of operation are 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Please call Jane or Mickey at the Pantry to find out more 540-389-6938 or email janen@salemfoodpantry.org.
